Just found out I’m pregnant with no 3

I’ve just found out I’m pregnant with baby number 3…. It was a complete accident and a literal one time slip up.
I took a pregnancy test this morning (as I’ve been having vivid dreams, craving chilli and had extreme restless legs) but I’m still 3-4 days before my period is due. The line came up within a minute. I took a pregnancy test a few days ago as a precaution and thought it was negative however after fishing it out of the bin this morning - to compare them both - that test also had a faint line that must have developed after I’d thrown it away.
Im still in shock but don’t want to be ungrateful.
Does this mean my HCG levels are high for me to get a positive on a cheap b&m test 3-4 days before my period is due? Also bearing in mind the unknown positive I got 2 days ago!!
I’m petrified that I’m having twins 😵‍💫

I had a super strong like 6 days before period due and only 1 baby for me, I must have ovulated early that month x

Congratulations! I had a very clear line 3 days before my period was due with my first and 2 days before my period was due with my second... both not twins!

I track my ovulation (it’s how I avoid pregnancy and it’s worked for the last 6 years) and know which day I ovulated so that’s why I was so surprised to get a positive test so early! I thought it was too early to even detect it 🙈
