Dying a slow death from gas

I'm only 1 month pregnant and I legit feel like im dying.
I'm in absolute agony. I can't walk and have been on bed rest for past week cause im crippled. Now and then ill get a little release of gas but it just builds up again. The pain sometimes is unbearable. Has anyone else has severe gas? I don't know how to treat it. No matter what I do I can't seem to pass it out. Is this normal? Is there anything you can take for this that's safe for pregnancy ?

Oh it’s terrible in early pregnancy. You can take Rennie deflatine but my best advice is move move move. Jog on the spot for 20 mins in the kitchen, walk a LOT, do a spot of yoga getting you into good positions but you need to keep moving
