Slow rising hcg and bleeding

Morning,

I am anywhere from 4-6 weeks pregnant. Here is the timeline, it’s been hectic.

Monday - positive test

Saturday - Period like bleeding started and continuing
Cervix closed and HCG low at 321

Monday - HCG barely risen at 333. Told it was either pregnancy of unknown location or miscarriage. records say diagnosis was ectopic.

Tuesday - told probs too early to see where it has implanted and confirmed by internal scan. Doctor then told us it was still possibly viable because its early in pregnancy and 2 bloods aren’t enough to establish a pattern. We got whiplash, I’m telling you. Cervix is still closed and no pain. Records say diagnosis is threatened miscarriage.

Today - more bloods to check HCG - will this then be definitive if it hasn’t significantly increased?

My partner is amazing but I still feel really lonely because we are being so careful with what we say to each other. I am putting on a wonderful show of being pragmatic and calm but my body isn’t playing along. I’m not sleeping and my heart rate has been ridiculously high with nerves. Any tips to help truly calm down during the waiting game?
