progesterone pessaries - how long between uses

Google is being difficult and not showing any answers.

I was prescribed progesterone pessaries today and wanted to get my first dose ASAP so I took them at 1pm. Has anyone spoke to a pharmacist (All closed atm) as to how long between doses? If I was to do "wake up and go to sleep" it would be like a 14 hour gap and a 10 hour. Is 10 hours okay?

How many mg are they?

You tend to just space them out evenly if possible. As you've only taken your first one you could always adjust it across the next few days to a time that suits better by sliding the 1pm by half hour earlier each day till its a time that suits. But 10 and 14 gap should be fine.

I take 3 a day and I do mine at 8.15am, 2.45pm and 9.15pm.

I don't do them when I first get up as some mornings will swim so usually done with that and showered by 8, and 9.15pm is usually before bed, I have slide by an hour if needed for any reason and not had any problems
