Is this a positive line, I looked at it at 15 mins and I haven't came in today

It’s too thin to be a positive and you’ve viewed it after the allotted time period. If I could ban these tests I would, they give so many women these results.

I’d try again in the morning and only look during the first ten mins and keep an eye out for a thick blue line.

As cosymama2020 said 15 minutes is a little over the allotted time to check; I believe clear blue say not to check after 10 mins. Subsequently this could be what’s known as an ‘evaporation line’ but also if you hadn’t checked it prior to the 15 minutes then it COULD be a positive if it appeared early and within the guideline timescale.

A good consideration is perhaps try to get a test that uses pink dye lines as these tend to be a lot less likely to produce a false positive and there is number of articles available on Google backing this up, my wife used …(I think they’re called) 1st response.

good luck 🍀

Thank you for replying, I did have thoughts abt it being an evap line but it is very blue so wasn't sure as evap lines aren't meant to have colour

I had the same thin line on this test and I wasn't pregnant. Try a pink dye test

@rhutchins48 to be a true positive the test line should be the same width as the control line. When it’s thinner it’s a classic sign of an evap. I’ve always preferred pink dye tests as they remove any ambiguity! Good luck! 😊
