Early scan results

[CLS89x]

Went for an early ultrasound today, my clear blue digital is saying 3+ and this is all we were able to see at the scan. They said it could still just be too early to see but going by my LMP I should be 6w+5d all they could see was the sac and that I am definitely pregnant. I'm just worried but obviously my hcg is progressing which is a good sign and she couldn't see any bleeding as I'd had a small amount of blood yesterday but she said was probably just implantation. Need to wait another two weeks before I'll have another ultrasound.
I was just wondering did anyone else have an early scan and it looked like this how far along were you or anything similar? I've had two miscarriages already since August so I'm just thinking the worst 😔

My first scan was like this, they could see the sac but nothing inside it. I was 7 weeks from LMP but only measured at 4-5 weeks. I went back 2 weeks later and could see a heartbeat

I had an early scan at what should have been 6 weeks and they only saw the gestational sac and dated me at between 4-5 weeks. I went back 2 weeks later at what should have been 8 weeks exactly and they saw a sac, yolk sac and very small fetal pole and put me at 6 weeks exactly. I haven’t had any scans since just hoping and praying things are progressing and baby has caught up! Did you track ovulation and are your cycles usually 28 days?
