Pregnancy test 22 days after sex

Would a pregnancy test 22 days after sex be accurate . I have the mirena coil and normal bleeding or spotting all the time. Randomly I haven't had any for a month now and had unprotected sex .
Took a test which would be 22days after sex and its negative ? It was was ultra esrly clear blue digital test . Am I safe to think I'm not pregnant ?

If you have the mirena coil, then it wasn't 'unprotected sex' surely?

Well I hope it wasn't. I forgot to add since my smear 5 weeks ago I csnt feel my strings. Assumed they had been pushed upwards, but haven't bled since. Which is not normal for me atall. Hence taking pregnancy test

If you did happen to ovulate around the time you had sex, you would be positive by now as usually you'd be positive within around 14 days.
