...has got to be pasteurised right? I can't find anything anywhere online about whether it is (in the uk)

Yes it is pasteurised.

Everything mass produced is pasteurized. You will only find unpasteurized at premium prices at places like farmers markets.
Furthermore, unpasteurized is not inherently harmful to the baby, it's just that unpasteurized food carries a slightly higher chance of food poisoning. Which when pregnant might be harmful to the baby

Don't worry. The only thing you really shouldn't eat imo is too much liver as too much vitamin A can harm the developing foetus. All other food "advice" is about reducing risks of food poisoning and is generally based on worst case scenario food hygiene ie a deli counter on the side of the road in Utah
