Hey everyone!
So it's early days (10weeks) but I'm struggling badly with sickness one anti sickness tablet I'm allergic to and the other just isn't working, I'm also struggling with food aversions to everything, if I try and force myself to eat something I have an aversion to I end up bringing it back, I'm the one that cooks in the house (DH can't cook to save his life) and I simply can't cook as I can't look at most foods especially raw meat, and don't get me started on the smell, we've been living off ready meals and take always and also my dads cooking for the last few weeks hoping it would have gone away by now but it just hasn't, I'm at a loss what to do, things I was eating fine are now a no go as I've eaten them to much and I'm so bored of toast! Do any of you lovely ladies have any food ideas from going through a similar thing?
Should mention I've never been a fussy eater, I normally love all food, it's really getting me down and I'm worried it's going to impact on baby, should also mention I'm also a high risk pregnancy.
