Brown blood / spotting with cramps

Hi all
I had a positive pregnancy test last week but past 48hours Ive had light cramping and some brown-ish blood. Definitely not enough to think its a miscarriage but I had a lot of pain around top of my thigh as well yesterday so wondering if its signs of one.
Ive had scans before as previous births (2) and miscarriages have caused pain for me, and NHS investigated, I have scarring and also had a lighted ovum a year ago.
Could this blood be old tissue or potentially a miscarriage? Any experienced this before.
I also have an upset tummy but not sure if that's separate or related.
Thanks

Brown blood is 'old' blood, so generally less concerning that red blood. I'm 10 weeks and have had bleeding and cramping and currently all is well - there can be different reasons for these, but it's really impossible to say especially if you're really early. Sending lots of love and luck x

I had brown blood tiny amount beginning of this pregnancy. All is well. I hope it ends up being okay for you x

I had this at the beginning or my pregnancy and all was well.

I was worried that it could be an ectopic pregnancy, so I called my GP about my symptoms and was advised to go to A&E where I saw a Dr and was booked in for an early scan. I HATE causing a fuss/ would never normally go to A&E unless I was in severe pain however I'm so glad I went to get this checked. Those first weeks are such a nervous time!

I had spotting at 6 and 8 weeks pregnant - both brown blood and on both occasions I’ve been told that it’s just old blood leaving the body - light cramping is also normal - good luck!! Xx
