Really hope someone can offer any experience...
Had a scan today at what should have been 6w3d (previous molar pregnancy so NHS scan me early).
Gestational sac measured 17.5 which seems right but yolk sac was only 2mm and she said she didn't think she could see the fetal pole so I shouldn't get my hopes up.
But then she went on to show me what she thought was a flicker of a heartbeat, but said she couldn't be sure.
I've got a very tilted uterus (apparently it protrudes forwards and then flips backwards which is quite rare) so she said it's not easy to get a clear picture.
Looking online, the small yolk sac doesn't look good, but I cant help but feel the gestational sac being the right size, and the potential flicker of a heartbeat is a positive sign. So maybe it's just my tilted uterus causing issues? Anyone experienced similar?
They've booked me in for a rescan in 2 weeks, which feels so far away!
