9+5 symptoms disappearing

Hi, this is my first pregnancy and everything is all so new so I’m looking for some advice
currently 9+5 weeks and noticed over the last few days the few symptoms I had seem to be even less.
I have very little morning sickness just nausea on and off throughout the day (mainly gets me of an evening) and sore breasts. Besides the bloating and tiredness I haven’t had much else, but the last few days my breast haven’t been as sore and there’s no nausea
Google doesn’t really provide anything positive about symptoms stopping and I have read that the placenta can start to take over at some point.
im just looking for some advice from other people that have been through it. We did go for a private scan and seen the heartbeat at 8+6.
I’ve had no cramping or bleeding

It's perfectly normal for symptoms to taper off at this stage as you are heading towards the end of the first trimester. The same happened to me but earlier and all was well in the end. You had a good scan at 8+6 so that in itself is very reassuring. The 8 week mark is a big milestone as many miscarriages (or at least the heart stopping to beat) happen between 6 and 8 weeks.
You may also find that the symptoms are back in full swing at some point, they were coming and going all the time with me and I am now 19 weeks.

Agree with the pp, completely normal for symptoms to disappear.
With my first pregnancy I had very little symptoms and genuinely didn’t feel pregnant but everything came back at full force at 11 weeks. With my second I’ve barely had anything but my midwife assures me that it’s all normal, you’re just more used to hear people talking about how bad their symptoms are.

Hey, I am similar in that I have had very mild symptoms throughout (now 10 weeks) and those mild symptoms have tapered off even more. I couldn’t feel any less pregnant tbh.
I also had an early scan, at 7+5 and it was all normal.

Hi thank you so much for your replies, it’s so reassuring to hear that’s it normal and can happen

I feel like I've had a massive loss of symptoms since about 7 weeks. I only have the occasional craving and twice in this whole pregnancy have I cried over something quite silly (thought the world was ending when my husband drank my water... gotta love hormones!)
Just went for a scan and by my lmp dates I'm 11+2, but measured 12+1! And baby is healthy with strong heart beat. I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry. I don't think symptoms or lack thereof are reliable indicators of a healthy pregnancy x

Completely normal to be honest, with my DD all my symptoms were gone by 10 weeks. I think that your hormones stabilise towards end of first trimester and in a lot of cases the placenta takes over earlier than 12 weeks, which is why you start feeling a bit more human again. If you’ve had a positive scan I wouldn’t worry about it, for all you know it might all come back with vengeance tomorrow xx
