Hi all
I’m 5w1d and for about a week I’ve really been struggling to sleep properly, I wake up in the night and super early but I’m absolutely exhausted. A full days work absolutely wipes me out and I find myself needing a nap by lunch time but then sometimes I can’t even sleep even tho I’m so so tired. I’m taking pregnancy vitamins, I’m eating. Is this normal and is there anything I can do to help it? Thank youuuu x
