VP 9.8mm brain space borderline

I had a growth scan recently (24 weeks), everything has been good to date but the VP measurement (space in the brain) came out at 9.8mm. They said it’s borderline, anything over 10mm is a concern, and so over 9mm I’ve been referred to a different hospital for a more detailed ultrasound next week. I can’t find any posts like this, has anyone experienced this?

Hey -'I had the same with my son. They rescanned and found the measurement was fine. Initial readings were high due to the angular ion of baby.
When I was researching this, found up to 10mm was considered moms and larger spaces in boys seems to be more common apparently?!
Hope your next appointment puts your mind at ease - it can be a stressful time

Thank you, hopefully it was a rough fast measurement and all is fine.
