Hs anyone had or seen the “mask of pregnancy”/“melasma”/“melanated patches” (Tiny dots) on their palms!
Woke up this morning with dots on my palm that I couldn’t rub off and hoping it is just that.
The internet have said it’s common on the face and other parts of the body (for my first I had it on my lips!).
