My LO is now 10 weeks old, I suffered a 3rd degree tear and unfortunately it still hasn’t healed 😞 I ended up with infections after birth and I believe my stitches broke down to early. Also the amount of pain killers I was on meant I got really constipated! I’ve been told to wait another few weeks to see if it will heal but I have an open gap on my perineum and it’s rather close to my bum.. did anyone else’s stitches break down to early and eventually heal or did you need to be re stitched? Thank you
