So, this post is honestly not to brag. I'm really worried. I've hit 37 weeks and strangely enough, the poor sleep I've had for months has disappeared. I'm not sleeping through the night, I do wake up to pee and if I need to shift positions, I have to do it fully conscious because it hurts to move around now and it wakes me up. But sleep is more uninterrupted than before, where i would wake up and stay awake for hours befpre crashing in the early morning.

This has me worried because I read that there are studies that indicate that deeper sleeps in the 3rd trimester are associated to stillbirth risks. Baby is moving fine during the day, and I'm wondering if I'm just so exhausted that I've just become used to her kicks and can sleep through it or if she is actually not moving at night.

Would love to know if any mums out there are experiencing/have experienced the same thing, if this is normal. Its making me feel so guilty.
