Spotting at 13 weeks

Hello!

I'm currently 13 weeks today, I'm on progesterone pessaries until 16 weeks due to 3 previous MC 2 at around 6 weeks and 1 at 8 weeks.

This morning I woke up to a pinkish tinge on my tissue and now it's turned to brown when I wipe.

Naturally Im immediately worried, just looking for some reassurance and if anyone else has experienced this?

I had this whilst on pessaries (IVF) and everything was fine.
They did get me in to check and think my cervix was irritated.
Brown is old blood.

I was told to keep an eye for bright red and filling a pad.

You could ring your EPU for some reassurance

Thank you! It's just a sudden panic post I think. It all seems to have stopped now.

I feel you! This was me last June but all was ok.
As you are on pessaries I am guessing IVF? Can you ring your clinic and ask for a scan? Or like Theodora said call your EPU? Early bleeding doesn’t necessarily mean any thing bad but I would definitely seek some reassurance if you can.
