I have had four miscarriages and then two DC. Both pregnancies I was poorly and anxious due to the high risk pregnancies I have. I’m unexpectedly pregnant and I’m struggling. Every twinge and I’m convinced I’m miscarrying. I’m panicking about food massively and just cried because I found a dent in the canned pineapple I was about to eat and scared myself by thinking I can’t eat it as botulism can occur from eating food from dented cans. I’m driving DH insane and I’m not even five weeks.
Any tips for calming down? I have an appointment with GP on Friday but need to calm down before then! X
