So I ate a full packet of these nougatelli cookies from Farmfoods and then panicked wondering if there made with pasteurised milk I searched the internet and no where does it say if there made with pasteurised milk or not and it does not say on the label either it just says milk and skimmed milk powder on the ingredients, just need abit of reassurance X

Yes, the milk will be pasteurised

They are baked so it will be fine, although I’m sure it has to be declared if unpasteurised is used as an ingredient.

I wouldn’t think twice about eating them 😋 they’re absolutely fine.

Of course they are fine. Really try not to panic about everything or it will be a very unpleasant pregnancy. If you find your anxiety is this high regularly it will be worth mentioning to your midwife or maternity mental health team.

Any industrially processed food will made with pasteurised milk for sure.

The only product with raw and unpasteurized milk in would be cheeses or if you went and bought milk from a farm.
