Hi all,

I am 21+4 today. For the past few months, I am wakening up to this weird colour stain in my pants. The first time I got it, the doc checked my urine but it was clear of infection and advised me to go to EOU where they weren’t concerned at all.

I am just not convinced it’s old blood but then again I have never experienced before and maybe thats what it is? I have never caught it upon wiping or when I then go and put a pad on.

I am worried it’s something I should be concerned about.

I would ask for a swab to be done. I had a sort of old blood stain thing around 23/24 weeks which picked up that I had group B strep. This meant I needed antibiotics in labour and baby being monitored afterwards for safety.

I was at eou 2 days ago and got swabbed to check my waters hadn’t gone as I was peeing myself and had braxton hicks and nothing was picked up on it
