21 weeks, suddenly having funny turns?

Am 21 weeks PG with my second child. So far it's been pretty uneventful, first
Trimester of feeling rough but not actually sick and all bloods so far have been ok

It started on Tuesday when I was in a shop talking to a friend, all of a sudden I had that hot feeling rise up in me where you think you are either going to pass out or throw up. I managed to get outside and sit on the floor and it passed with fresh air. Assumed maybe low blood pressure or the fact I'd only had a banana for breakfast.

Fast forward 3 days and I've had about 4 of these 'funny turns' now. I've checked my blood pressure and it's not low, and it has occurred even after I've eaten a full meal. I just feel so exhausted and a bit bleugh.

Has anyone had this before and if so did it just pass by itself? I've read that fainting etc can happen but it seems to just have appeared from nowhere.

Don't want to waste GPs time if it's something fairly common that I just didn't experience last time. I've also got a GTT test in 6 weeks due to a whopper of a baby last time.

You may need to have your iron levels checked

@PickledScrump could this be low now even though at 12 weeks all the bloods were ok?

Bloods can defo vary a lot, I was perfect at 12wks, seriously overactive thyroid by 16wks, anaemic and low B12 (needed the 6 injections) by 30wks. Defo worth speaking to midwife
