(Faint) BFP and cramps, please help!

i did a test this morning at 9DPO and it came up positive straight away (faintly but definitely positive) since the test I’ve had cramps like my period is coming. Has anyone else experience this and had a positive pregnancy?

thank you in advance, I’m worried my period is going to come along any minute!

Yep, I had cramps in the first trimester. And a few in the second. And a few last night (currently 39 weeks, on the labour ward).

Expect every symptom. Your body goes through massive changes to grow and house a baby. It’s a miracle but it’s painful and inconvenient at times 😫😆

I had pretty bad period cramps in my last pregnancy and it did worry me, but everything was fine! Cramps are normal in the first trimester

Yes, I'm 6.5 wks now and have been getting them 💓 It's very common

Hi lovely we are twinning I am 10 dpo and keep getting cramps too and sharp pains I researched and it’s cos so much is going on with our bodies I am just worried how náuseas I feel it’s rly rly bad and worrying me for only 4 weeks pregnant today.

I tested positive too by the way since Thurs night done about ten tests to confirm haha

It's a mix of the uterus stretching out ready to accommodate the growing baba and increased hormones

Mine were mild to moderate throughout, currently 12+6 and still having then now and then
