Third trimester, sickness, nose bleeds, rib pain

Hi everyone,
I realise this is quite a wide range of things to ask but all linked!

through my first trimester I had really bad nausea and basically lived on bread! At my 20 week scan the baby was measuring small and they have booked me back in for a 28 week scan (I’m currently 27) since then I’ve made a real effort to try and eat more nutrient based foods. I’m not sure if this has had an effect but I seem on the large side now whereas before my bump was very small. Anyway I had a midwife app last week who felt the baby and said I’m quite ‘full’ as I’m petite both in height and general stature I already feel like I’m going to burst. I have constant rib pain like my ribs are being pulled apart from the inside out to the point that some days I am having to take paracetamol to sleep. Also I’m getting quite worried because I am frequently sick after I eat even though I am not eating a large amount. If I’m not sick I am gagging to the point that I can feel the sick in the back of my throat and then I make myself sick for the relief. I actually dread eating especially when at work as I know what is coming. This week I have also started to get nose bleeds. At my midwife app everything was fine and I have lots of movement. Advice please, has anyone else been through this and am I distressing the baby with being sick? Also I’m worried that given I am only 27 weeks I am so uncomfortable I don’t know how I will manage the pain. I’m generally pretty good at dealing with pain but because it’s everyday I’m feeling pretty miserable!
