13 weeks and cramping?

I’m 13 weeks pregnant and have been having very mild period-like cramping today. No spotting or odd discharge. I know this is normal earlier in pregnancy and I had it quite a bit from weeks 5 - 7 but I’m not sure if it’s normal to be getting it now? I thought cramps would be more around my bump but these are low down. My scan is on Wednesday and I’m super nervous now!

I’ve had cramp throughout my pregnancy. Still getting it now at 38 weeks. If there’s no other symptoms try not to worry, it’s more than likely just because your uterus is expanding massively.

@Dancingduckling how was everything at your scan? Hope all was OK. I've been having the same today, have had quite a bit of mild cramping and lower back ache throughout so far (13+4 today) but today it has been more painful than usual so I'm a bit worried.

@1994jk Everything at the scan went well! The night before and right up to the scan I had awful cramps, I genuinely expected it to be bad news, but baby was in there alive and kicking! They’ve died down a bit now.
