Slow and low rising hcg

I’m around 3 weeks and 3 days pregnant today. (Very early)
I had a blood test 2 days ago (10th oct) the hcg results were 9.5.
I had another blood test on the 12th October and results were 17.8.
nurse said they are a little low.

anyone had something like this and had good news?
any advice?

I had something very similar to this. It panicked me and I felt very nervous. I then had spotting and contacted my local Epu who were lovely. When I hit 6 weeks they were able to scan me and it was positive news. Not going to lie, from 4-6 weeks were the longest weeks ever.

I cried in the room the moment I seen the heartbeat. The sonographer and midwife were so kind and just said my hcg levels were most likely low because I hadn’t hit 4 weeks pregnant. They were annoyed that I was caused so much unnecessary stress.

Honestly hcg levels are supposed to double every 48 hours. And yours were nearly there. Try not to panic, things will speed up when you hit the 4,5,6 week mark :)

I hope you don’t mind me asking How are you getting on @Spookymummax?

i miscarried last month and I’ve fallen pregnant again. I got my first positive on Saturday but it was so faint, today I’ve had some cramping and spotting so I panicked and had a blood test. HCG is 61 and I don’t know if that’s worrying or not.

literally such an anxious time this trying to get pregnant. I don’t know what I’m going to do if I’m miscarrying again.

Hi ladies, stumbled across your post in despair at my low HCG results at 4 weeks. It is 75 (I’ve also had two miscarriages previously and no live births so feeling so desperate). Hope you all had success xxx
