Hi All,
I'm wondering if anyone can help explain my results, I have contacted the doctor and asked for an explanation on them but have heard nothing. They just uploaded to the app and didn't get back to me.

I am 31, TTC for 2 years with one chemical.

Day 3 FSH 7.9
Day 3 LH 7
Day 21 Progesterone 54.2

I'm finding such varying information online, but I've found a number of websites saying my FSH should be below 7 at my age and below 7.9 at 33 years old. So am I a few years earlier than where I should be?

Any advice really appreciated. Thanks so much

@Lfw1234 Your FSH and LH look absolutely fine to me. FSH should be below 12.5 so you're very good at 7.9 even for your age. I am 42 and when I tested a few months ago after my miscarriage I had FSH 6.7 and LH 7 and were all considered good. I fell pregnant the month after. I've never done the progesterone but it says it has to be above 10 on day 21 so you're good!
Have you done your AMH to check ovarian reserve?

@TTCbaby2023 thanks so much for replying and congratulations on your pregnancy. Were you doing anything in particular which you think helped i.e. certain supplements? I haven't done my AMH, this wasn't something on the doctor's list for fertility referral. Is this something my GP can test?

@Lfw1234 Thank you! Prior to the first pregnancy I was only taking folic but quite sporadically. After the miscarriage, I was taking Vit C, D, E, NAC, Ubiquinol, Magnesium, methylfolate (instead of folic acid).
GP can test AMH but I did it privately.
