Hi all! FTM and this may be TMI but I've lately been relieved to find that I'm no longer horribly constipated. For the past 2 weeks, I've been regular (not loose stools) but actually being able to do a decent number 2 after months of constipation. Does this mean labor is close? I know baby has moved down quite a bit as I can feel her in my pelvis and pubic bone area (Yay lightning crotch!). But I'm not at all ready to have her make an appearance yet!

It’s different for everyone. My bowels kept clearing out after being constipated for months around 4-5 weeks before. So could mean it’s soon could mean weeks still iIt could mean nothing

Hmm I'm not sure it's a reliable sign .... Sorry to say I had the exact same thing and was sooo relieved but now 38 weeks and completely bunged up again! 🫣

I had bad constipation up until about 34 weeks. Then 4 weeks of diarrhea. Now I'm back to normal, 'healthy stools so I don't really think ti's likely to be honest!
