Ergh sorry that sucks, I also had covid a few weeks ago. Best thing to do is not panic, keep regularly testing your temperature, if you have a fever take paracetamol (not ibuprofen or aspirin) to keep your fever down. Fever can be dangerous for the baby so go to the emergency room if you've taken paracetamol and it still isn't keeping your fever below about 99F.

The only other thing to do is stay hyrdrated, drink plenty of water - if you are getting dehydrated again because you can't keep liquid down, again go to the emergency room.

Don't worry about just feeling rubbish/having a cough - as long as you are hydrated and have a normal body temp baby will be just fine. Also, about your pregnancy symptoms, it's normal for them to come and go, particularly if you have an illness as well.

Oh and obviously should go without saying, but if you have a bad infection and are feeling breathless or struggling to breathe - again it's a go to the emergency room situation (pregnant or not!)
