Can you eat canned meat during pregnancy? I’m very confused

Yes
Canned meat is cooked so its fine to eat

This has a list of foods to avoid/be careful with. A lot of foods can be made safe by cooking them e.g. unpasteurised/soft cheeses, cured meats, etc
