I ate canned sausages yesterday. I know it’s gross but I had this strong craving. Im
now worried because some of Google says that they can carry listeria but it’s confusing as they refer to deli meats. I am trying to stick to the NHS guidelines but am finding it confusing

You’ll be fine, if you haven’t been sick you’re fine. The big risk is getting food poisoning and getting dehydrated from vomiting.

You'll be fine, the guidance is overcautious. Reading the book "Expecting Better", it makes you realise how little science is behind any of the pregnancy related "advice".

Yes they’re fine. As is canned meat. Stay off google

Did you heat the sausages?
Heating kills bacteria anyway even if they were unsafe food to eat raw.

It's cured meats you should be careful about as they are not cooked. Canned foods have been cooked already
