Low PAPP-A and preeclampsia

Hello

Im currently pregnant with my second.

With my first I had very low PAPP-A (0.15 MoM) and ended up developing severe preeclampsia and having my daughter at 26+5.

I’ve just had my screening bloods taken for this pregnancy, they were taken a little early so they couldn’t give me the MoM figure, I’ve just had them re-taken so should have the results along with the trisomy screening in a week or two. However I do have the UI/I readings which show that for the gestation the bloods were taken, the Papp-a is looking like it is going to be low again.

I was just wondering if anybody on here had low papp-a in one pregnancy and developed preeclampsia, and then also had low Papp-a in their next pregnancy- did you get preeclampsia again? At the same stage?

Hoping for some reassurance and that this won’t be a repeat of my first pregnancy 😫
