Pre eclampsia with normal blood pressure

Has anyone had pre eclampsia with normal blood pressure?
I have other signs.. protein in urine, pain under rib, breathlessness, platelets dropped to 115 but my blood pressure is in normal range (would always have been on lower end). Platelets would have been low in previous pregnancies but were up until last week in this one.

Finding conflicting information online, calling the midwives anyway but wanted people's experiences if any too . Currently 34wks pregnant with big baby.

Even though your BP is still in the normal range, as your BP would normally be in the low side, it sounds like it is elevated from what it would normally be. Pre-eclampsia high blood pressure can also count as being >30 systolic and/or >15 diastolic above your baseline.

The proteinuria and your other symptoms are also signs.

No protein in urine today & blood pressure similar to what it usually would be.
Pointing to ligament pain, relaxed a bit now.. was in panic mode!
