Cramps and pressure

Iam 16 weeks and 3 days, yesterday i started feeling cramps in my lower belly also vagina area.
This morning it eased but I now have a feeling of pressure down there is this normal?
Also back and hip ache

Absolutely normal! I had the exact same worry (I'm 19 weeks now) and I even asked my ob gyn. Everything is stretching, baby is growing. As long as you don't have pain with bleeding all good.
