I wondered if it was safe, I attended a short session today was about 20 mins and I didn't realise it was so loud at some points with low and high frequencies occasionally I hope it's safe for babies in the womb and their sensitive ears?
I'm 32 weeks.
Just wondered if anyone else attended one while pregnant 🙈

Your baby is cushioned by your body and all the amniotic fluid. The loudest thing it will hear is your heartbeat and the blood flowing around your body. Outside noises will be very muted. You can go to concerts etc with no worries.

Hi. Was your baby ok? Thanks.

Baby was fine :)
The anxiety was real though 🙈
It's so loud in the room that it does make you panic x

Thanks so much for responding! There were a few gongs at the end of a yoga class i attended and started panicking.

I love a sound bath and have been wondering if I'd can go to one!
