Coq10 in pregnancy

Has anyone taken this to help fertility. Found out they were pregnancy and carried on taking it throughout their pregnancy? I'm 15dpo today with a positive test and don't know whether I should continue to take it along with the other vitamins.

Best to stop taking it now - I kept going after I got my positive but my research suggested that they don't recommend during pregnancy because not yet tested as safe. Like I said, I took it for a few weeks during pregnancy and no harm done. But best to spend your £ on other things now.

Congrats on your positive test!

Yes would stop or reduce the amount. reason being those high levels fertility are not researched for pregnancy. However, in a couple of high quality / nutritionist backed prep vitamins include a smaller amount of coq10 to help the pre mother and cell division. example: https://equilondon.com/products/pregnancy-formula?selling_plan=3466002688

I don't have a definitive answer to that but before pregnancy I was taking 400mg a day and when I found out I was pregnant, I kept taking it but at a dosage of 100mg. I am 15 weeks at the moment. This is just my experience though.
