32 weeks slow baby growth

Just a general question and seeing if anybody’s had the same. Pregnant with my 3rd baby. Had a growth scan at 28 weeks absolutely fine, had another at 32 and baby was showing slow growth and the flow to cord wasn’t great but after going to ADAU they were happy to leave for another growth scan changing from 4 weeks too 2 weekly. I have another growth scan at 34 weeks (this week). Baby is measuring just above 10th percentile, if she was to fall below this and growth was still slow is there steps that may be taken?

A slightly similar situation, at 32 weeks baby was around 90th centile, at 34 weeks dropped to 60th centile and consultant said they were concerned with reduced growth velocity. Since then I've had to be in every other day for CTG monitoring (just until criteria met, so usually 20-30 mins), I had a Doppler scan last week and have another growth scan this week at 36 weeks. If your baby continues to drop they will likely have increased monitoring and growth scans and schedule in induction or c section for slightly earlier delivery. But all hospitals are different and have different pathways.

My last baby had slow growth which I assumed was because of my gestational diabetes diagnosis. He went from just a smidge above the 10th percentile line @ 28w, .5cm above 10th at 32w then at 36w had dropped to just below. Because of that and the GD they induced me that weekend.
With this pregnancy, she started on the 3rd centile @ 24.5w (scanned for reduced movements), bang on 10th @ 32.5w and tomorrow I'll find out if she has dropped or gone up. So now I'm not so sure if the Gd was the issue last time! But not gonna lie, I've had enough of being pregnant now with all the crappy side effects so really hoping I'll be induced when I hit 37w on Saturday.

Hiya, I’m also under consultant led and are having a small baby.

i also had a previous small baby who I had growth scans for. I think I had around 3 scans every 2 weeks in total and after the 3rd they brought me in the next day to be induced at 38 weeks. (The fluid had also drained to 2cm at this point). I birthed a little girl 5lb 13oz and she was perfectly healthy. I’ve decided this time I want a c section instead due to other health related issues.

That being said this pregnancy, I’ve had 1 growth scan so far, they rebooked my next scan for 2 weeks due to being below the 10th centile and they’re not booking my c section until that appointment as they’re unsure what the plan is, but they said at my last scan as it stood they’d be looking at 38 weeks, but I recon after this scan they’ll be looking at even before that. (Due to other health risks me and baby also have AND being small) I think it really all depends on risk factors and whether there is more harm than good in keeping baby inside. I would assume they would try and push it to atleast 38 weeks if little one is measuring too small, either way they will look after you :)
