When to contact midwife after IVF

I've just had a positive test from IVF. When do I contact the midwife? Do I do it straight away or after my scan with the clinic?

I did it after my scan.

I had my scan with the clinic first to check everything was ok and then contacted the doctor’s surgery the next day to book a midwife appointment. If your IVF clinic scan is around the seven week mark you’ve got plenty of time, don’t worry.

I did it around 6 weeks, but I'd already had loads of scans because I had OHSS! Congratulations

Thank you everyone. I'll know when my scan is tomorrow so I'll see then. Hopefully it will be around the seven week mark as I don't think I can wait any longer!!!
