Could this lead to pregnancy?

I typically ovulate around two weeks after my period ends and I get obvious signs that I'm ovulating, mainly CM.

Last month I started using the Clearblue Digital Monitor for the first time. My period ended on 25th August and I got my peak ovulation result on 6th September.

This month my period ended on 28th September. Yesterday my Clearblue test said low, but today (day 10 of my cycle) I have got a high reading! This is not expected and way sooner than usual. I had unprotected sex yesterday on what was technically a low day but now it's saying high I wonder if this could lead to pregnancy.

We're in the stage of not trying not preventing but I didn't expect to ovulate so soon after my period!

Is this normal / could I get pregnant?

I'm not sure how reliable the Clearblue monitor is, but if it's accurate and you are ovulating early this month then it's certainly possible that you could get pregnant. Sperm hang around for a few days after having sex.

It just seems strange that I'd be ovulating so much earlier than normal. I am getting the same CM I'd usually get during ovulation today so it seems like it's fairly accurate. I thought it was pretty clockwork but it seems like maybe I'm not!
