It’s a bit blurry and tricky to tell from a single still image but it looks more like a boy to me

I’m interested in what people are looking at for so many to say girl? Is it the 3 white lines on the right? It is blurry but I think they are actually the sacral vertebrae as the bladder and the femurs are to the left
