As the title, I am curious to understand if it gets really tough to fall pregnant after 35? I am 34 and on fence to have another one soon or try at 36.
Please share your experiences.

I do think as others have said it's very variable.

I had DD1 at 33 (fell pregnant at 32) took me 3 cycles after coming off the pill.

Started trying for second child around 36th birthday currently 32 weeks with DC2 again took 3 cycles but started early with vitamins, wasn't on the pill before hand this time and stared ovulation sticks straight away.

I have other friends of a similar age that also have got pregnant fairly quickly and others who have not x

You're not going to know until you try! ~My experience only~At 37, I fell pregnant after 4-5 'goes' of trying for my first, and again after two goes for my second- at 38. When no 2 is born there will only be 15 months between them. Second time round was very quick! Overall I've been shocked and pleasantly surprised at how easy it was ~for me~ at my grand old age.

All my three conceived and born between 35 and 41! Genetics I think more than anything!!

I'm not sure the answers are going to be much use to you as fertility will vary from individual to individual.
What I would say is that if having a second is important to you then just get in with it.
I've had several friends in their mid to late 30s suffer from secondary infertility. They'd all assumed that as they'd had no problems conceiving their first in their early 30s that a second would happen easily too. Sadly not always the case but it's easier if you have a couple of years on your side to keep trying or to look at treatment options.

Pregnant first month trying when 35. 38-40 had 3 miscarriages. Got tests done; both absolutely fine. Clinic said just age related as less good quality eggs and advised IVF to speed up process.
We did two rounds of IVF, 2 failed transfers, 3rd one (FET) successful. Everyone is different but for us age did make big difference.
