Is this is a very faint line? 🌈

I am 5 weeks post miscarriage and no sign of AF. Hospital gave the all clear to try again and said before first AF is fine in that it is simply a dating issue. Does anyone see a very faint line? I ask for honest but gentle responses please considering the circumstances 🙂these were taken at exactly 3 minutes.

I see it :)

mumofbun · 29/09/2023 15:08

Yes I can see it without opening the photo, fingers crossed for you x

RiderofRohan · 29/09/2023 15:16

I think so. Test again tomorrow fingers crossed

Bey · 29/09/2023 15:23

I can see a line, fingers crossed for you

uncomfortablydumb53 · 29/09/2023 15:43

Yes, I see it
I was told I could try as soon as I was ready after mine and did conceive
They can date a pregnancy by the scan so it's fine
Fingers crossed for you
I'm sorry you miscarried

Thanks everyone. I tested just to check due to AF being so late but have no symptoms. This was a leftover ultra early. Couldn’t resist buying a digital ultra early and it says not pregnant so likely a fluke.

As an update, as I have started getting nauseous I have tested again with FMU today (both the previous ones were taken during the day). I no longer have an electronic one, and this was taken with bathroom lights on, but it seems to me there is a clearer line than the other day, 3 minutes in. I will wait another few days and test again to get a clear result but would love thoughts in the meantime 🌈🤞🏼

I definitely think that looks a bit darker. 🤞for your 🌈 baby x

Biscuitsandgravyforyou · 02/10/2023 07:37

Looks positive! Did you get a completely negative test after your loss?

eloisie · 02/10/2023 07:47

I did (albeit a cheap boots strip one, but still - and the other day the electronic one was negative). I also had a scan at the EPU showing no retained products so that was good. Thanks for your support 🙏🏼 haven’t told DH for now and will wait until a clear result to do so.

I've found the easy@home tests are nice and accurate and good for monitoring line progression - and significantly cheaper than clear blues!

TheBirdintheCave · 02/10/2023 08:03

Definitely positive :) Congrats!

eloisie · 02/10/2023 09:05

Well I couldn’t resist spending money on another digital and😍The same test said not pregnant on Friday.

I am so happy, but considering what happened last time and how early it is (possibility of chemical, for instance) I don’t want to get my hopes up and so I will try to avoid tracking line progression and bite my time for at least 3 weeks.

Brilliant news OP, congratulations 🎉

Now bleeding, so either implantation or a chemical. Sorry for posting repeatedly but it is just to share as I have not told anyone. I got a fair amount of implantation bleeding for DC1 so have not lost all hope but will also not hold my breath.

Hope it is your rainbow pregnancy xxx

RunningOnHope · 04/10/2023 08:20

How are you doing OP?

eloisie · 04/10/2023 13:15

Hi @RunningOnHope , the bleeding was light and just went on for half a day on Monday. I have been getting negatives on less sensitive tests (those which detect hcg from 25ml) but positives on the more sensitive ones (those which detect hcg from 10ml). This was again the case today.

I took a Boots strip test this morning (which is less sensitive); it was negative within the timeframe but then a line appeared later. So I don't know what to make of it and have decided to wait until next week and test with a less sensitive test to get a clear answer!

I will be at peace with whatever outcome. I just find it odd that I would still have pregnancy hormones leftover from the miscarriage 3 full weeks after the scan which showed no retained products which is why I have been trying to find out the answers, but it seems that waiting a few days will tell me where I'm at!

Just came across your thread now. I think you might be pregnant. 🤞🏼 I was 5 weeks pregnant and had bleeding for one evening thinking my periods have arrived but turned out I was pregnant (hadn't tested yet as I was frustrated with all past months' negative ones).
Give it maybe another week and try again. 🤞🏼🙂

eloisie · 07/10/2023 15:28

My period has in fact started. I guess the more sensitive tests were still picking up hormones from the failed pregnancy. Hopeful for the future 🫶🏼

Can anyone see anything on this test?
It's a very very early one
