From my last period I’m 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow, but I ovulate late so I know I’m more like 5 weeks. Wednesday 3am there was pink blood when wiping, put a pad on and nothing in the morning it had stopped. Same thing happend around the same time 3am this morning , again clean pad and no more blood by the time I got up at 7. 2oclock today, red blood when wiping (no clots) and it’s stopping again now. I’m booked for a scan on Sunday but so unsure what’s happening with my body, I don’t know if I’m still pregnant or my body is starting to miscarry. has experienced this, was your outcome good or bad? Picture attached of what the bleeding mostly looks like.

Thats quite light and I’d say more pink than red. It could be implantation bleeding or irritation of your cervix rather than the start of a miscarriage. Good that you’ve got a scan booked but as it’s so early they might not be able to give you a definitive answer as at that stage you’re unlikely to see a heartbeat unfortunately. Sorry you’re going through a worrying time, sending you love x

I have had this all way through . 2/3 times a week. No reason found and had extra scans via Epu. Still going on at 20 weeks (about once a week now) and did have some heavier bleeds a few weeks back. It's super stressy every time but not always a bad thing x

Thank you both for the replies. the bleeding progressed to bright red and quite heavy so went to a&e. Couldn’t be seen by the EPU as they were so busy but I’ve been examined by gynaecologist and they said my cervix is closed and long so I’m taking this as good news. I’m hoping on Sunday even if it’s still too early to check the baby is okay they might be able to identify the cause of the bleeding x

I'm so sorry

Maybabyhopefull · 30/09/2023 21:30

Thank you for your kindness ladies ❤️ I had a feeling something wasn’t right after my visit to a&e so paid for a private scan this evening and they found the ‘baby’ stuck in my right tube. I’m back at EPU tomorrow morning so will find out the next steps there. I’ve only known I’m pregnant for two weeks but I’m still pretty devastated. X

They will look after you at EPU

Of course you're devastated, it doesn't matter how long you've known, it's your baby

I’m around 6 weeks pregnant, yesterday I had awful cramps had to go into hospital, later found some blood and passed a clot. Today I have brown blood, pregnancy test says I’m still pregnant and blood results still showing normal HGC levels. Doctors gave me an internal scan and said there’s no pregnancy but that could be because I’m still too early, as I ovulated late. I fear for the worst, but i am holding onto the smallest bit of hope. Any advice or similar experience? Pls
