Early Labour signs?

I'm nearly 37 weeks with my second. With my first my waters just broke in the night and my son was born a few hours later. Today I've been having regular period like pain and back cramping. Some rectal pressure too. It sort of feels like the baby will fall out! Will I go into Labour or is this just normal late pregnancy stuff?!

My labour started with some period like pains on and off that got worse as the day went on. In those last few weeks though we always seem to be in discomfort of some sort! Guess you just have to see how it progresses.

Call the maternity unit, and ask them. Second babies can be in a hurry 😊

Very normal late pregnancy stuff Im afraid. Very normal to feel as the baby moves lower into your pelvis, also remember there’s a lot of weight there now so aches and pains are to be expected. Unfortunately it could continue for several weeks. If it gets stronger and closer together it may be labour
