6 +2 pregnancy symptoms gone

Hi all iv been feeling nausea and permanent sore boobs since I found out I was pregnant (2-3 weeks) however the past 3 days I have had nothing - it's like it's all completely gone - I have my scan Thursday but feeling so nervous 😫 I feel like baby cant possibly be doing well any one experienced this?

I had a few days like this in the first trimester and it's so worrying. They always came back though so maybe wait it out another day or two then call your midwife if they don't?

I am currently the same. I am 6+4 and all my symptoms have gone. I have had some bleeding tho. I have a scan on Thursday also. I hope all is well for you

Ahh I haven't had any bleeding but if it helps I have 2 children and so far this is the first pregnancy I haven't bleed in.. my fingers are crossed for up 🤞🏼

Thank you very much. I did a clearblue test yesterday which said pregnant and a different one today and it's only showing one line that I can see. So confused. I hope all goes well for you
