This blood at 5 weeks??

So I'm 5 weeks pregnant today. And I've gone for a wee and got this bleeding.
Funny thing is it doesn't seem to be coming from the inside. It seems to be on the outside strangely enough..
anyone know what it could be?

It could be anything but there's a very small amount. Is there any blood in your discharge?

I wouldn't give that a second thought as it is such a small speck of blood. Could just be a tiny break in your skin somewhere which, if you were not pregnant, you might not even notice.

Could it be a pimple on your vulva that burst?

Hi. I am currently 6 weeks 3 days. I had some bleeding on Thursday 21st not very heavy had to use pad but it did not fill up pad or soak through. No pain just slight cramping in top of legs. Bleeding has stoped. I have appointment booked for Thursday for scan. I never had any morning sickness but I did have sore and tender breasts but I no longer have this. Done tests and still positive but very faint line. Any advice would be very greatful. This is my second child.

Has the test got fainter since the bleeding?x

Yes just slightly. I can still see a line
