Hello. Please can you all help ease my massive anxiety. I am 7 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby and have literally no signs of being pregnant other than serious bloating. With my first two pregnancies (one of each gender) I was sick as a dog the whole of the first trimester from the minute I found out. I'm now filled with massive anxiety that things aren't good in there as otherwise why am I not being or even feeling sick. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you

My mother didn't have any symptoms of pregnancy for all 3 of us, all she had was one solo stretch mark, lucky cow. (I have had HG twice). I wouldn't have thought there's anything to worry about, you may get some symptoms a bit later on, you may not but as long as you don't have any pain or bleeding I'm sure you'll be alright :) Maybe make a midwife / GP appointment and discuss your concerns?

Yeah I get some people never experience any sickness at all. But it's just I have twice before and had one of each so its really stressing me out not feeling sick. Nothing to be done until the 12 weeks scan I guess and I'll find out if it's OK or not

Never had a moment of nausea or sickness in three pregnancies, and every one I worked up to my delivery date and all labours less than 12 hours, with no pain relief. My daughters have been similar. Hopefully that helps, although it sounds unbelievably smug.

hey, I literally just posted about this! Just back from a reassurance scan with my gynaecologist - all is well and baby is growing perfectly with a strong heartbeat. She said its pure luck whether you get ill or not during each pregnancy. I’m 9 weeks and haven’t had a single symptom.

Thanks for the reassurance. I just find it so hard to trust that everything is ok in there after the constant sickness I had with the first two. Glad your pregnancy is going well @Nosymptoms

Hi OP

I've had 2 pregnancies - first one I felt so sick I was WFH with a basin beside me in case I needed it. Took a really greasy takeaway to get some relief and actually throw up one night! Unfortunately, turned out to be a MMC discovered at 12 week scan.

2nd pregnancy - only felt a bit queasy while out on a run (that's what made me want to take a test) and didn't feel anything else after that. DD is thriving now and will be 2 in November.

All the best for your 3rd pregnancy :)

I was worried about the same thing at 7 weeks as I was sick from about 6 weeks with my first pregnancy. I’m now 9 weeks and the nausea started about 3 days ago.
