Resting Heart Rate Dropped at 12 Weeks

I am using apple watch series 8, my resting heart rate dropped drastically and steadily as I entered my 12 week mark. I an pregnant with twins, my last check up was at 10 weeks 4 days and babies lookes great, measuring ahead.
I am freaking out, is there anyone experienced similar drop during this week?

Your heart rate goes with your temperature, and what you have there is a really nice graph showing the equivalent of temp rise after ovulation carrying on through 1st trimester. Once the placenta takes over from the yolk sac (now), your temperature drops back to baseline meaning your resting heart rate will too! Perfectly normal, nothing to worry about! Enjoy your pregnancy ❤️

I have read various threads about it where some women had the same issue with their heart rate dropping almost back to their base line and panicking as a result but all was well in the end. Do you have a 12 week scan planned?

I have my scan tomorrow, after years of male factor treatments, 3 ivf attempts my anxiety took over. I am also waiting for my nipt results-also an added scare. Thank you for reassuring, I will update as soon as I am out from my appointment.

@chopinetto Good at least you don't have long to wait! Did you have any symptoms and do you still have them?
I know about the anxiety from NIPT, I have done very recently but I'm sure it will all be fine.

Everything went great today 🥰 NIPT also came back negative for chromosomal disorders.
