im around 7-9 week pregnant (unsure of dates as i got pregnant straight after miscarriage).

this pregnancy has been completely different to my first (mc), i am very sick, super tired, had cramps, cravings and food aversions. had non of this my first pregnancy. i mc at 8+2, had no pregnancy symptoms. baby was only measuring at 5 week so all makes sense in hindsight.

so because of the difference in this pregnancy, i’ve had high hopes and less anxiety than i expected to have.
however, since i found out i was pregnant, i have had on and off pink discharge. comes and goes. usually after intercourse but someone random. the littlest bit of pink when i wipe, then nothing. this has not worried me at all, if it ever lasted longer than a day, it only got better and stopped. never worse.

this morning though, i showered and got dressed, i felt something come out. bright red blood. it was sticky, still looked watered down but brighter than normal. this has scared me. we had sex last night and then i had bowel movement this morning? maybe this could have done it. but much darker than usual so worrying me. nothing since, but then felt nauseous and was dry heaving and a little more blood passed. again bright red.

i know all i can do is wait and see if it gets worse and i either miscarry or dont. but if anyone else has experienced similar things and could reassure me? that would be brill. or just someone to chat to about it.

i have called my midwife, i have a scan tomorrow at 3pm. i’m so scared and my partner is too. he is not good at dealing with stress so im leaving him alone so he can process things, but i just need a little reassurance so if any mums can help x
