Missed period yet negative pregnancy tests

Hello. I had my IUD removed 3 months ago. Myself and my husband have been TTC since then. My first period since having it removed came after 3 weeks. This month, I am now 2 days late on my period but all the pregnancy tests I've done are negative. My nipples are so sensitive and sore and I had some cramping a few days ago but nothing since. I'm just so bloated.

Am I likely to be pregnant or is my period just late and getting my hopes up? 😭

I thought the same thing. My period was due last Friday/Saturday and still hasn't come. Been testing with the cheapy strip tests every day since and BFN. However, I grabbed a CB Digital in the shop this morning and it was positive, pregnant 1-2 weeks! I think I may have ovulated later this month, hence the lower HcG levels and the others not picking it up yet - might this be the same situation?

It can take a while for your cycles to regulate after IUD removal. With my second it took around 6 months for them to go back to being regular but they were longer than before I had the IUD put in. You could have ovulated later so your period/a positive won’t show yet
